The final set of stairs leading to the upper floors is steep and narrow, not exactly the easiest trek after a long day. Breakfast options are limited to a continental style at an extra cost with no cooked meals unless you venture out, which isn’t great in bad weather. Finding parking can be a hassle. unclear instructions about an additional car park in the rear don't help if you're stuck at the front without a spot.

my previous stay in leeds was okay, but this experience at ascot grange was a significant upgrade. the staff were genuinely friendly and the double room was nicely decorated with a comfy bed. the restaurant next door served delicious food, making it easy to unwind after a long day.

I recently stayed for one night in a single room, and I found it to be clean and adequately comfortable, making it a good choice for a quick stop. The Indian restaurant next door was a highlight with exceptional food, and I especially enjoyed the variety on the menu. My only downside was that breakfast wasn't enjoyable, so I'd recommend looking for options outside the hotel in the morning.

Leeds culinary scene is buzzing, with gems like Voujon at arm's length and Woodies Craft Ale House just around the corner. The staff at Ascot Grange are dead friendly, making you feel right at home, and the comfy rooms are a perfect crash pad after a long night out.

A wee bit of a hassle with the parking situation, and the kettle in my room could do with a bit of love. the steep final flight of stairs may not be your mate after a long day of exploring.
